However, this refreshing beverage goes well with just about any Southeast Asian food. While lychee is best known for making an appearance in candy and ice cream, it’s a tropical fruit packed with health benefits. This recipe uses canned litchis (which you can find at a well-stocked grocery store or an Asian market) and some of the syrup for an easy-to-make drink with a twist.
